COVID-19 Patient Gives Birth To A Baby At LUTH.

The Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC), of LUTH, Prof. Wasiu Adeyemo, announced that a woman with covid-19 infections got delivered of a baby boy.

The baby was delivered via a cesarean section on Saturday, May 9, at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH.

The 37-year-old woman was delivered of a baby weighing (2.6kg) by a team of doctors, anaesthetists and nurses, at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba.
