Kano State Commissioner of Health, Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa appreciated the people of the state for their prayer and messages towards his treatment for Covid-19.

His press release was posted on Kano State ministry of health Twitter page that,

“PRESS RELEASE!!!

Kano State Commissioner of Health, Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa, has expressed appreciation and gratitude to the people of the state for their prayers and goodwill messages while he was undergoing treatment for Covid-19 at the isolation facility.

Dr. Aminu Tsanyawa particularly thanked Allah for seeing him through this trying moment, members of the State Executive Council under the leadership of Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, members of the state Taskforce on Covid-19, management and staff @KNSMOH

ministry and its parastatals, friends, associates, relatives and other well wishers.
The commissioner was speaking following his discharge from the isolation center after testing negative twice consecutively as required and having fully recovered with no symptoms.

While appreciating the tireless efforts and genuine commitments of Governor Ganduje in the fight against the pandemic in the state, Dr. Tsanyawa also salute the dedication of the Taskforce members for their formidable and patriotic dedication

to their assigned responsibilities while some members were in isolation.

The commissioner then urged the good people of the state to adhere strictly to social distancing, regular hand washing, use of face mask, personal hygiene”.
