There Will Be No Repeat Of The #EndSARS Protest Under My Watch – President Buhari Reveals In NSC Meeting.

During a quarterly meeting of the National Security Council (NSC) on Tuesday, November 17, President Buhari stated that there will be no other repetition of the EndSARS protest staged by Nigerians as it happened in October 2020.

Buhari said he would not allow the repeat of the nationwide demonstration which led to the loss of lives and destruction properties.

President Buhari, however, promised to carry the youths and necessary stakeholders along in ensuring that the violence that marred the recently held protest is prevented in the future.

Muhammad Dingyadi, minister of police affairs, made this disclosure during a press briefing at the State House on the outcome of the meeting presided over by the president at the presidential villa.
