Jigawa Records Four New COVID-19 Deaths.

Jigawa State Commissioner of Health, Dr Abba Abba Zakar has announced that the state has recorded four new covid-19 deaths, while 32 patients have been discharged from the state’s isolation facilities.

The toll of total discharged covid-19 patients in the stated has now risen to 143.

Dr. Abba revealed that with the four new covid -19 deaths recorded on Monday, Jigawa state has now recorded a total of seven covid-19 related fatalities.

On Monday, The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control revealed that the country recorded 229 new covid-19 cases, bringing the total toll of covid-19 cases to 8068.
