Total Lockdown Imposed On 3 LGAs In Bauchi State.

A 10 days total lockdown has been imposed by Governor Bala Mohammed in three local government areas in Bauchi.

Katagum, Giade, and Zaki are the three local government areas where the total lockdown has been imposed. With the total lockdown, citizens of these local councils are restricted from movement and a placed on a stay-at-home order for the main time.

The imposition of this lockdown comes as covid-19 cases in Bauchi worsen. With Bauchi having 181 cases as at 11 May, 2020.

The 10 days lockdown takes effect from 6pm on Tuesday, 12th of May.
