We only need your daughter’s virginity”- Abductors informs parents

Suspected cultist who kidnapped one Patience Emmanuel; a 20-year-old girl, have informed her parents through a text message that they are not interested in their money, but wants their daughter’s virginity.

According to gathered information, it was learnt that Patience is a 100 level Pharmacology student at the Bauchi State University, Gadau. Patience who was staying with her father’s brother, left the house on Wednesday afternoon after it was reported that, she was on her way to visit her family few kilometres away before the unthinkable happened.

Calls from her parents and uncle kept coming only for her father to receive a text message, which reads; “Do you think you will ever see her again? Fool. Your daughter is with us (Black Axe Confraternity). We don’t need your money, what we need is her virginity. Don’t bother looking for her”

The family has since reported the matter to the Yelwa Divisional Police Headquarters. The Police Relations Officer in the State, DSP Ahmed Wakil, confirmed the incident, adding that the police were investigating the matter.

According to the father of Patience, he said he got another text message, at exactly 10.25am, saying his daughter was dead.

“One thing I know is that my daughter will return alive.” He said.
