Popular Max 102.3 FM On Air Personality, Emmanuella Pobeni Adepoju, popularly known as “Iya Ijogbo” has passed on. She was reported to have died from bronchitis and an enlarged heart.
She was the host of the popular afternoon show Wetin Dey on Max FM, and was usually lively and engaging.
Speaking on behalf of the staff and management of TVC Communications and Max FM, Andrew Hanlon, CEO of TVC Communications said that the terribly sad news of Emmanuella’s passing today has sent a shock wave of grief and sorrow throughout the TVC Communications, and MAX FM family.
Report gathered revealed that that she had been battling the illness for about a year and that she came to work recently.
