Rising Afro-fusion rap artiste, Kaptain has taken to social media to celebrate the laudable achievements of his debut musical project, Kapacity EP which was released last year.
Shared via his official Instagram account to commemorate the one year anniversary of the project which was released on 20th of March, 2020, Kaptain announced that the EP has generated 20 Million streams so far. He thanked his teaming fan for supporting his music from the beginning and promised to do more.
He wrote, “On this day in 2020, I put out my debut body of work, the ‘KAPACITY EP’. It’s been an intriguing journey so far and I’m grateful for all the fans that have come along the way. It truly feels like yesterday and I am even more excited about what is to come”.
The KAPACITY EP is a four track body of work with hit songs like ‘Gbese, Gbese’ and ‘Problem’ which also has a music video and is enjoying heavy rotation across Nigeria.
Born Favour Etuk Monday, Kapatin who hails originally from Akwa – Ibom state started his musical career from Benin City where he began recorded music in his teens. He is currently one of the most promising rising stars expected to hit mainstream success in 2021.
