Check out Nigeria’s Position On FIFA World Ranking Table

The International governing body of football, FIFA, has taken to its official website to reveal the 2020 FIFA country ranking.

According to FIFA, teams who are inactive for more than four years do not appear on the table, as Belgium was ranked number 1 with over 1780 points. World cup winners, France came second with 1755, while Brazil, England, Portugal and Spain came out third to sixth respectively.

Bringing us to Africa, Senegal are ranked 20th in the world and first in the continent, while Nigeria’s Super Eagles garnered a total of 1474 points to stay fifth in the continent and 35 in the world, behind Senegal, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco.
