Physical or Social Distancing is a broad set of measures that includes avoiding handshakes, crowds, staying at least 2 metres (6 Feet) away from people, and most importantly staying at home if you feel sick.

Social distancing should be practiced by everyone, whether or not exposed to the virus.

Since a diagnosis of coronavirus triggers means it can be transferred to other people. Isolation is therefore very necessary for those who already sick and serves to keep the infected away from healthy people in order to stop the spread of the virus.

Quarantine is a measure put on group of people or communities to seperate them and restrict the movement of people who were exposed to the contagious disease to see if they become sick.
