See Gabriel Magalhaes New Shirt Number At Arsenal.

Having completed the signing of Gabriel Magalhaes from Lille, English Premier League Club, Arsenal have revealed the players shirt number.

The Gunners have revealed that the Brazilian defender will be wearing the Number Six (6) jersey at the club, which has been unused at Arsenal since Laurent Koscielny left.

“Central defender Gabriel has joined us from French side Lille on a long-term contract. The 22-year-old Brazilian has completed his move and will wear our number 6 shirt,” The club stated on it’s official website.

Before his move to Arsenal, Gabriel was predominantly used as a left centre-back in Lille’s back four  during the 2019/20 campaign and he will likely feature in a similar role under Mikel Arteta.
