Hushpuppi To be Prosecuted October U.S Court Affirms, As Abba Kyari Faces Extradition.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office at the Central District of California, self-confessed internet fraudster, Ramon Abbas aka Hushpuppi, will be prosecuted for alleged fraud, by October this year.

Earlier in the week the fraudster pleaded guilty to various offences bordering on internet scam, money laundering, among others.

Hushpuppi, Louis Shapiro (his lawyer), Tracy Wilkinson (acting United States attorney) and some other stakeholders signed his plea bargain document which was released online this week.

Alongside reports of Hushpuppi’s plea bargain, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, FBI, pinned Nigerian DCP Abba Kyari as an accomplice to Ramon ‘Hushpuppi’. The FBI revealed that Kyari was involved in a $1.1 million fraud deal with hushpuppi.

According to recent reports gathered, the FBI in a meeting with the Inspector General of Police insisted that Abba Kyari will be given a week ultimatum to respond to allegations. After which he could face a possible extradition to the United States.

Competent sources also revealed that the IGP assured that “Kyari would not be assigned any new cases until the investigation was over.”

These recent developments come a year (July 2020 ) after Hushpuppi was arrested in Dubai for a multi-millionaire dollar fraud perpetrated by himself and members of his syndicate.
