Jurgen Klopp Hails Firmino, Not Salah After 5-0 United Win. (Video)

Liverpool Football Club coach, Jurgen Klopp has hailed Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino after his brilliant performance in Liverpool’s 5-0 win over Manchester United at the Old Trafford on Sunday.

Firmino certainly played his part in Liverpool’s win yesterday, even if Mohamed Salah stole the headlines as he so often does.

When asked about Firmino’s performance in a post-match interview, Klopp was full of praise for Firmino’s “insane” performance in the 5-0 win away to Man Utd, and said that people will write books about the way he plays the false-nine role once he retires.

“For people with football knowledge Bobby Firmino I feel people will write books on how he plays the false nine position. I don’t say he invented it or we invented it, although the way he plays it perfectly from time to time looks like”, Klopp stated.

“What he did in that department tonight was absolutely insane and offensively he’s obviously a nice link up player. Bobby knows how much we appreciate what he’s doing” Klopp added.
