Mourinho’s Roma Suffers Embarrassing 6-1 Loss To Bodo/Glimt In Europa Conference League.

Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma suffered an embarrassing 6-1 defeat to Norwegian club, Bodo/Glimt in their Europa Conference League encounter on Thursday night.

The Serie A came into the game looking to extend their 100% start in Group C. However, Mourinho’s much-changed side were embarrassed at Aspmyra Stadion in Norway.

Bodo/Glimt’s Erik Botheim and Patrick Berg put the hosts two goals up inside 20 minutes.

Although Carles Perez pulled one back in the 28th minute, Roma got devoured by the Norwegian club after the break. As Erik Botheim netted his second for the night in the 52nd minute, while Ola Solbakken netted a brace in the 71st and 80th minutes respectively, and Amahl Pellegrino’s scored in-between in the 78th minute.

This is the first time a Mourinho side has conceded six times for the first time in the Portuguese’s illustrious 1,008-game managerial career.

Meanwhile, Bodo/Glimt top the group with 7 points winning 2 of 3 games played and having a draw. While Roma sits second with 6 points.
