See Five Players Likely To Leave Chelsea Following Abramovich’s Sanction.

There are reports that at least five players are likely to leave Chelsea FC this summer following sanctions by the British government on Roman Abramovich, the club’s owner.

On Thursday, Abramovich was sanctioned by the UK government and his assets frozen.

The Blues have four senior players who are set to be out of contract at the end of the season.

Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azplicueta, Andreas Christensen and Charly Musonda are the senior players who are entering the final months of their deals.

Saul Niguez’s future also looks to have been decided, with Chelsea now unable to activate the purchase option in his loan deal from Atletico Madrid which expires this summer.
