The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been able to keep their position in the latest monthly ranking released by world football governing body, the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA).
In the list released on Thursday, August 25th 2022,the Super Eagles ranked 31st position in the world and fourth in Africa.
There were no changes in the top 10 in the world as Brazil remained number one in the world.

However, the The Terangha Lions of Senegal occupy the top spot on the continent with the Atlas Lions of Morocco and Carthage Eagles of Tunisia in second and third positions respectively.
