Ronaldo Leads Portugal’s 26-Man Squad To 2022 Qatar World Cup. (SEE LIST)

Cristiano Ronaldo will be making his fifth appearance at the FIFA World Cup along side 25 other team mates from the Portuguese Football team.

Portugal has named arguably one of the strongest squads ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, which is set to commence on the 20th of November. All eyes would be on coach Fernando Santos and captain Cristiano Ronaldo to make sure they clinch the title.

Portugal, who is in Group H of the competition, would take on opponents Ghana, Uruguay and South Korea in the group stages of the competition.

Defenders: Joao Cancelo (Manchester City), Diogo Dalot (Manchester United), Nuno Mendes (Paris Saint-Germain), Ruben Dias (Manchester City), Pepe (Porto), Raphael Guerreiro (Borussia Dortmund), Danilo Pereira (Paris Saint-Germain), Antonio Silva.

Midfielders: Joao Palhinha (Fulham), Matheus Nunes (Wolverhampton Wanderers), William Carvalho (Real Betis), Ruben Neves (Wolves), Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United), Joao Mario (Benfica), Bernardo Silva (Manchester City), Vitinha (Paris Saint-Germain), Otavio.

Forwards: Joao Felix (Atletico Madrid), Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United), Andre Silva (RB Leipzig), Rafael Leao (AC Milan), Ricardo Horta (Braga), Goncalo Ramos.

Portugal, would be making their eighth appearance in the competition, would be looking to outdo their 1966 record of finishing in third place of the competition.
