Ilebaye Odiniya, the triumphant winner of Big Brother Naija All Stars, revealed that she has been unable to catch any sleep since her remarkable victory in the reality show.
Recalling Ilebaye’s sensational win of the N120 million grand prize in the Big Brother Naija All Stars edition this past Sunday, she expressed her ongoing struggle to fully grasp the reality of her newfound status.
During the winner’s prize presentation ceremony on Tuesday, the reality star confessed, “I’m still trying to grasp the fact that I am the winner of the All-Stars season. It feels surreal; I’m still adjusting to every moment.”
She enthusiastically recounted the moment of her victory, saying, “I was overwhelmed with excitement when they announced me as the winner. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been wide awake ever since.”
In the meantime, Ilebaye has officially received her well-deserved N120 million grand prize for emerging victorious in the competition. She now joins the elite group of Northern Nigeria’s winners, following in the footsteps of Katung Aduwak from Kaduna, who won the inaugural season in 2006. Furthermore, she becomes only the third woman to claim the Big Brother Naija prize money, following the footsteps of Mercy Eke in 2019 and Phyna in 2022.
