Black Sherif Considers Music Break for Education

Ghanaian singer and rapper, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, known as Black Sherif, has hinted at taking a break from music.

The 21-year-old musician revealed his plans to pursue further education after releasing his second album. Black Sherif expressed his interest in learning clothesmaking and stated on his X (formerly Twitter) handle, “[I] Need to get this album out and go back to school to learn how to make clothes.”

The artist gained fame in 2021 with his track ‘First Sermon,’ released in May. Following this success, he dropped ‘Second Sermon’ in July, and a remix with Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy.
