2Baba and Now Muzik End a 20-Year Partnership

After two decades of collaboration, Afrobeat legend 2Baba and Now Muzik, the management company owned by Efe Omorogbe, have amicably decided to part ways.

Since 2004, 2Baba has been under the management of Now Muzik, led by Efe Omorogbe. In a recent update, the legendary artist officially concluded his longstanding professional relationship with his manager, marking the end of an era.

The official announcement was made through Now Muzik’s social media account, emphasizing that the decision to dissolve the partnership was mutual.

Efe Omorogbe, the CEO of Now Muzik, expressed his gratitude to 2Baba, stating, “I am grateful to 2baba for the trust and for the friendship. I am proud of the brands we built together, the music we made, and the fans we entertained. 2Baba is one of the greatest Nigerian musicians of all time, and it really is an honor to have had the opportunity to walk side by side with him, watching and helping him make magic over the past two decades. My team and I look forward to now supporting from the sidelines and continuing to advocate for any and everything 2Baba.”
