Lagos Based Lawyer, Chester Odagwe Challenges Gov. Okowa’s Wife to Tell the World How She Utilized 10 Million USD Allegedly Donated to her NGO

Barrister Chester Odagwe, a Lagos based lawyer has questioned the wife of the Governor Of Delta State to tell the world how she spent 10 Million USD allegedly donated to her NGO. In his statement below;

We have been screaming of the sub-standard construction projects littered everywhere in Delta State which is currently being deployed by Gov Okowa led administration to plunge Delta State Revenue to the reds but no one care to listen. The entire State is engulfed in singing praises for Gov Okowa not minding the brazen pains we are aiding the administration to inflict on us.

It is no news that the Governor’s wife have an NGO purportedly set up for service to the Delta State Community. News, rumours and gossips are rife on the 10 Million Dollars donation to the NGO (05 Initiatives). The alleged sum is invariably in the wind as we speak flying aimlessly to Agbor; the Media Aide who announced the donation has been placed on suspension. My people are still singing praise songs. Opposition parties goes about their one eye business. Delta State continue to bleed.

I, Chester Odagwe, today being the 3rd day of October, 2019 challenge the Wife of Governor Okowa and the 05 Initiative of hers to publish the Account where the 10 Million Dollars was donated, let the world see how transparent she can be. If I fail to pin point one malfeasance, I would gladly jump on the PDP bandwagon of praise singers.

Do not blame Ossai Ovie, blame your wife. Tell the world how your household utilised the 10 Million Dollars donation meant for humanitarian services to Deltans..
