Face Masks Are For Only Infected Persons – NCDC

The Director-General, Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu, disclosed in a statement that face masks were meant for those infected or the medical frontline medical personnel attending the suspected cases or treating COVID-19 patients.

The NCDC Director-General, further revealed that the health body is set to release a policy for wearing face masks. He said the NCDC is almost done with the face mask policy but the draft is still being looked at by the agency.
