D’banj Accuser Releases Press Statement On Rape Allegation. (Read Here)

D’banj’s rape accuser, Seyitan Babalola released a press statement which revealed that she formally made a criminal complaint of rape by D’banj at the Gender Desk of the Nigeria police command in Lagos.

She revealed that on June 16, 2020, almost two weeks after going public with her story, she was arrested by four armed police officers, who under pretence as delivery agents gained entry into her home and arrested her.

She added that she was taken to the IGP IRT office in Harold Shodipo , where she was detained in a cell like a criminal. She however disclosed that her mum was not arrested contrary to wide spread speculations.

Seyitan also revealed that D’banj and his team had tried to harass with increscent calls after her release and made decision on her post to her Twitter page.
