Governor Okowa’s Daughter Tests Positive For Covid-19.

On Friday, Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, announced that one of his daughters has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

The governor announced this on Friday via his verified Twitter handle.

Earlier today, Edith and I received the news that one of our daughters has tested positive for #COVID19. Hence, in-line with the laid out procedures, we are both going into isolation for the next 14-days.

He noted that in line with the procedures of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), his family would go into isolation for two weeks.
