Gunmen Kill Udu LGA Market Chairman Inside Chuch In Delta State.

Some suspected gunmen have killed one Comrade Freedom Odiete, the Chairman of Udu Harbour Market in Udu Local Government Area of Delta state.

According to reports gathered the gunmen ambushed the market leader at Cross and Stop junction, Ekete-Inland while headed towards the DSC Expressway on Sunday, October 11.

The unidentified gunmen were then reported to have shot him  him on his left hand but he managed to escape to a nearby God’s Grace Ministry church, where he hid in the toilet.

The gunmen however able to trail his blood stains to the toilet and shot him several times until he died.

According to reports gathered the case has been handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Ovwian Division and the corpse of the deceased has been deposited at a morgue.
