Watch Video As Soldiers Beat A Lady Mercilessly In Ibadan For Indecent Dressing.

On Sunday, November 1st some Soldiers were spotted in a video beating a lady mercilessly for ‘indecent’ dressing in Beere community of Ibadan, Oyo state. 

As seen in the video shared by eyewitness the Soldiers claimed that the woman dressed indecently and therefore deserved to be disciplined thoroughly.

They also cut the hair of some of passers-by after allegedly harassing and extorting them.
