Gunmen Kidnap Students Of Kankara Secondary School, Katsina.

Armed gunmen are reported to have kidnapped dozens of students from a science secondary school in Kankara Local Government Area of ​​Katsina State.

According to reports the gunmen stormed the dormitory and abducted them early Saturday morning.

“Armed men stormed Government Science Secondary School in Kankara LGA, Katsina State, northwest Nigeria, and kidnapped dozens of students from their dormitories early today. A missing persons count is currently in progress.” HumAngle reported via its Twitter handle.

This is the first time that gunmen have reportedly entered a boarding school and abducted dozens of students in Katsina State.

Even as Katsina – the home State of President Muhammadu Buhari is the state most attacked by bandits in northwestern Nigeria.
