Man uses pestle to inflict deep cut on the head of LASTMA officer (Graphic Photos)

A commercial bus driver, Fred Onwuche, has been arrested for allegedly using a pestle to inflict a deep cut on the head of an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), Kosoko Rasak, at Jakande area, Lekki in Lagos state.

According to a statement issued by the General Manager, LASTMA, Olajide Oduyoye, Onwuche was stopped and arrested for not using a seat belt while driving. The incident resulted in a vicious attack in which Onwuche allegedly used a pestle to inflict a deep cut on the head of the LASTMA officer.
