Woman Arrested For Selling Her 4-Month-Old Baby, Check out How Much She Sold For

After weeks of investigation, a 25-year-old sex worker, Zainab Adamu, has been arrested by the men of the Nigerian police force in Kastina State, for allegedly selling her baby for N300,000.

According to gathered information, the baby is 4-month-old, as Zainab arranged with her friend Ruth Kenneth, an indigene of Delta State in selling her baby to one Chinwendi Omeh.

The news which was confirmed by police spokesperson in Kastina State, Isah Gambo, said the suspects were arrested after a tip off was made to the division.

“When we got the report, we started making our own investigation and found out that the suspect is an Indigene of Adamawa state but resides at Kofar Kaura Layout area of Kastina. She also has an accomplice who is also cooperating with the police in this case.” Isah Gambo reveals.

It was also gathered that a sum of N165,000 and N85,000 were recovered from Zainab and her friend as proceeds of the sale of the baby.
