Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dike has is reported to have filed a suit against her ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri for alleged defamation and stalking.
In a post shared by instablog9ja on their Instagram page, Tonto Dike is suing Prince Kpokpogri Joseph for an “alleged blackmail, extortion, threat to life, hacking, criminal defamation, obtaining by false pretences and cyberstalking.”
In a document of the suit shared online, Tonto Dike’s counsel revealed that, “sometime in June, 2021 Prince Kpokpogri demanded the sum of ₦5,000,000 (five million naira) from her and threatened to expose nude pictures and other such documents relating to her if she refuses to pay.”
Tonto’s solicitors also disclosed that “Kpokpogri equally obtained the sum of ₦8,000,000 from the actress under false pretences. However he has paid back the sum of ₦6,000,000 but has refused to pay the sum of ₦2,000,000 outstanding.”
The counsel further revealed that Tonto has revealed death threats from unknown contact, threatening to kill her if she disclosed anything about Kpokpogri.
