Juventus Gets a 15-Point Drop in the Serie-A for Breaking League Rules.

Juventus Football Club have gotten a 15-point points deduction in Serie A after being found guilty of breaking the rules in the league.

According to reports, Serie A’s FIGC Prosecutor decided to give the Old Lady the points deduction after they were found guilty of capital gain violations. The news of the points deduction broke in the late hours of Friday, January 20th, 2023.

Juventus are currently 10 points behind league leaders Napoli in the league. They will have 22 points in the 10th position behind Fiorentina in 9th place with 23 points.

Although a series of appeals can now take place, the other issue Juventus has is the reaction from the Club Financial Control Body First Chamber.

In August last year (2022) they agreed on a settlement with Juventus over potential breaches of the Club Licensing and FFP rules.
