Leno Injured, As Brighton Win Arsenal 2-1.

Bernd Leno, Arsenal goalkeeper was stretchered off after suffering a potentially serious injury during the first half of his side’s Premier League clash at Brighton on Saturday.

The German seemed to twist his knee and was given oxygen during several minutes of treatment on the pitch before being taken off.

Arsenal broke the deadlock in the 68th minute with a goal from Nicolas Pepe. However, Less than 10 minutes later Brighton levelled the score line with a goal from Lewis Dunk in the 75th minute.

The seagulls then sealed a win at overtime with a goal from Neal Maupay.

The defeat today leaves Arsenal at ninth position on the League Standings, while Brighton are placed 15th.
