In a time when citizens of the country are calling on the Federal government to end the FSARS (Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad) section of the police, more social media activities are pulling up the strings.
From celebrities to various politicians, with PDP presidential candidate Atiku, the notable figure it feels more like the time when something should be done, as it was claimed that the brutality and killings of the FSARS was now getting out of hand.
Social media police activist, Sega Leveilleur, has taken to his social media page as he said, “Any police officer that demands for your phone must be made famous”.
“Any police officer that demand for your phone or computer MUST be made famous. Call the attention of the public and make citizen arrest. You will get all the help you need. We can’t leave this to police alone. We must play our part. #EndImpunity” Sega tweeted.
Sega also shared post containing Complaint Response Unit numbers, urged Nigerians to take full advantage of the phone numbers released by the department of ‘Enforcement of Restriction Orders’.
