Transgender Jay Boogie Faces Kidney Failure Following Failed BBL

Nigerian transgender and fashion influencer, Daniel Anthony Nsikan, popularly known as Jay Boogie, is grappling with the loss of both kidneys after a failed Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

The distressing news was disclosed by Loveth Jennifer, a medical doctor and close friend of Jay Boogie, through a social media post on Friday.

In her Instagram story, Loveth Jennifer wrote: “At this stage, Jayboogie needs a kidney transplant. Both kidneys have failed. We prayed and wished it never got to this stage but this is it. I will drop other updates soon.”

It’s worth noting that Jay Boogie had raised concerns about a poorly executed surgery in a viral video posted two weeks ago. The surgery, related to a Brazilian Butt Lift, had serious repercussions, leading to Jay Boogie’s inability to urinate for nearly three weeks. The current situation now involves the urgent need for a kidney transplant.
